Connecting Google
1
Link your account
Open Integrations in the dashboard and connect Google. This links your
account and nothing more. It does not give the agent access to anything yet.
2
Turn on the services you want
Switch on each service one at a time. Google shows you a consent screen for
each one and asks your permission before anything is granted.
What you can turn on
Want another Google product?
Gmail and Docs are what we support today. Sheets, Calendar, and the rest of Google Workspace are not connected yet. Email [email protected] and tell us which one you need and what you are building. Adding a Google service is a small piece of work for us, so this is one of the faster requests to get done.Incoming email
Google carries one extra switch that the other services do not. Incoming email pushes new messages to your workspace as they land, which turns your inbox into a trigger. This is separate from the Gmail service above, and you control it yourself. The agent cannot turn it on for you. See Incoming email for how to set it up, and for how to screen the mail so a busy inbox stays cheap. What to tell the agent
Once Google is connected, you do not hand over anything. Just describe the job.Every Monday, read last week’s meeting notes out of my Docs and write me a summary of what we decided.
When a receipt lands in my inbox, pull out the vendor and the amount and add it to a running Doc.The agent asks the vault for a token when a run needs one. You never paste a password, and the agent never keeps a copy of your credentials.
